PAYE taxpayers can claim health expenses by using Revenue’s myaccount online service. The myaccount service enables taxpayers to submit health expenses claims and request a Review/P21 balancing statement for any of the past four years.
Having an online account with Goodness Grains is a convenient way for you to keep track of your gluten free purchases for tax purposes. A record of your orders is kept in your Profile which allows you to go back over your transactions and claim any tax credits allowed (example shown below).

Attractive-looking, reasonably filled mince pies, with lovely shortcrust pastry. The spices came through on the flavour and worked well with the other elements. We thought the filling comprised of high-quality ingredients. The pastry was deliciously buttery, and remarkably short for a gluten and dairy-free product.
Typical mince pies, with a thicker pastry, which has a lovely crunch to it; resistant,
but not hard. The mincemeat is sweet, tasty and very authentic, and as a
gluten-free product, something of a triumph.
