What the judges said ....

Attractive-looking, reasonably filled mince pies, with lovely shortcrust pastry. The spices came through on the flavour and worked well with the other elements. We thought the filling comprised of high-quality ingredients. The pastry was deliciously buttery, and remarkably short for a gluten and dairy-free product.

Typical mince pies, with a thicker pastry, which has a lovely crunch to it; resistant,
but not hard. The mincemeat is sweet, tasty and very authentic, and as a
gluten-free product, something of a triumph.
